contact us for an address to which
you could mail a photo (mailed photos will be returned to you). We will resize and crop your photos to fit your pendant/charm. We prefer that you don’t crop the photo before sending us the photo. When we size and crop your photo, we will focus on the face(s), unless you indicate otherwise. Please choose black & white, sepia, or color. When you email or mail your photos, please specify what color you want. |

| If you
have any questions about how a certain photo will look in a pendant,
please contact us. We may be able to offer some suggestions. For
example, a square pendant may be more suitable for some photos than
the rectangular pendants. You will be much happier with the final product, if you follow these photo selection tips. Please read the following tips and review the examples before sending us your photos: 1) Keep the original image resolution/file size. Please do not reduce the resolution/file size. The higher the picture file resolution, the better. For example, a 2.0MB image is preferred over a 50KB image. 2) Do not crop the picture. 3) Try to pick a picture which has space around the subject(s) (not cropped close), and that the subject(s) are not close to the edge of the photo. 4) If there is more than one subject (for example, two children), it is best if their heads are close together (side-by-side).
